Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities: Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Continuously grow in knowledge, skill, and professionalism to expertly advise clients through every stage of the transaction Provide a high-level client experience that reflects care, responsiveness, and excellence Generate momentum through appointments, consultations, showings, and open houses Take ownership of building and maintaining a healthy, active pipeline Show up as a strong contributor to our team culture, collaboration, and standards Use strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and convert opportunities Bring enthusiasm, coachability, discipline, and a strong work ethic to the role every day Follow proven systems and remain consistent with team expectations, accountability, and performance standards Full-time, Hybrid employment (home and office) Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Organized and manages time effectively A successful and proven sales history is preferred Technology driven Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently CRM comfort preferred (or willingness to learn fast) About Company If culture, success, support, and access are missing from your current real estate gig, give us a call and let's see if we are a fit!
