Now Hiring: Real Estate Settlement Attorney Location: North Bethesda Company: Vesta Settlements Exciting "ground floor" opportunity offering multiple incentives. Vesta Settlements is seeking a Settlement Attorney for its Bethesda/Rockville office with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the real estate title and settlement business. The responsibilities of this position include conducting closings, reviewing real estate contracts, reviewing surveys, assisting with other assigned projects as needed, assisting with title clearance, communication with agents and their clients, and business retention activities, including teaching classes. This role requires a strong understanding of brand awareness, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask.
