Our AmLaw 20 law firm client is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Real Estate Transactions Associate to join their practice across multiple offices, including Boston, New York, Washington, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Ideal Candidate: J.D. 2018 – 2022 3–6 years of experience in real estate transactions Substantial experience with some combination of complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower-side), joint ventures, acquisitions, and/or dispositions Exposure across multiple deal types (e.g., office, multi-family, industrial, retail, or hospitality) is a plus Licensed in the state of the desired office location Why This Firm Stands Out: Global Real Estate practice handling the full spectrum of complex deals in the market Handles the full lifecycle of real estate investments — from formation and financing to development, leasing, and operations — giving associates broad, substantive experience Collaborative team culture with strong mentorship from nationally recognized real estate attorneys Please submit application materials through the portal here.
