Rebate Application Representative

A company is looking for a Call Center and Rebate Application Representative. Key Responsibilities Process applications for the Home Energy Rebate Program and track rebate applications Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist applicants with application status and questions Provide expert customer service support and document all customer interactions Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of relevant experience 0-3+ years of experience in grants management, business, finance, or customer service PC skills in a Windows environment, including knowledge of Word and Excel Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Working knowledge of customer service responsibilities or application review experience
