Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are representative of the position but are not all-inclusive: Rail and Material Handling Operations Connect and disconnect railcars in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements Unload railcars and tankers using approved methods and equipment Move and position railcars on the rail siding using a Trackmobile Transport materials and pallets between outdoor and indoor areas using a forklift or other material-handling equipment Ensure materials are properly staged, secured, and identified Equipment Operation Operate powered industrial equipment, including: Forklifts Trackmobile Floor sweepers and floor scrubbers Perform required pre-use inspections of powered industrial equipment and report defects or safety concerns Operate equipment in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner at all times Housekeeping and Facility Support Maintain housekeeping standards in the rail siding and surrounding outdoor areas Operate floor sweepers and scrubbers to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas Empty trash dumpsters into compactors and ensure waste areas are clean and orderly Assist with general yard and dock cleanliness as needed Safety and Compliance Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Report unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, and equipment issues promptly Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives and audits Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, Trackmobile, floor
