We're seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our team and support our accounting, purchasing, and office operations. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Track, monitor, and verify delivery of purchased items with local contacts Process and manage receipt documentation, including packing slips, tickets, and bills of lading Reconcile delivery discrepancies, manage returns, and resolve invoice issues Scan and archive all receipt documents accurately Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely processing or closure Work closely with purchasing agents, accounts payable, vendors, and provide prompt customer service Perform other duties as assigned to support the team What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: At least 2 years in accounting or purchasing roles Language: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; able to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithm
