About SMARDT As a global pioneer in oil-free centrifugal chiller technology with an expanding portfolio of thermal management solutions, Smardt is dedicated to delivering high-efficiency and energy-saving systems for industries, real estate developments, health care and educational centers worldwide.We operate manufacturing facilities in the US, Canada, Germany, China, and Australia, with a team of over 900 employees.With a focus on reliability, performance, and environmental stewardship, Smardt continues to redefine industry standards through advanced engineering and a commitment to a more sustainable future.What We're Looking For:The Receiving Clerk plays a key role in coordinating incoming shipments, verifying materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.This position supports operational efficiency by ensuring materials are received, stored, and staged safely while contributing to a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment.What You'll Do:Overseeing the intake and processing of products that come into a place of work.Identify and report discrepancies.Receive material into the NAV.system.Participate in and coordinate movement of materials from dock to stocking locations.Inspect and maintain viability of stock storage areas.Function occasionally as a Lead Person Ensure that stocking, staging, and storage areas are safe and clean.Sorts, unpacks, receives, checks, and stores materials accurately daily.Collaborating with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.Receiving shipments and signing paperwork upon receipt Unloading packages from incoming trucks QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position.Experience in operating forklifts.Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data Solid understanding of health and safety regulations High school education or related experience.Basic math and recording abilities.Excellent organizational skills Great communication and interpersonal abilities #wehire.
