Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Receiving Lead to support and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations at our rapidly growing distribution center near Commerce, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient receiving, inspection, put-away, inventory movement, and replenishment activities while helping lead warehouse team members in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, distribution operations, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Warehouse Operations Coordinate inbound receiving activities including container scheduling, unloading, inspection, put-away, and replenishment Ensure accurate inventory transactions and material movement within the WMS system Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution Monitor receiving workflow and warehouse organization to maximize efficiency Assist with product returns and inventory investigations as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving areas Leadership & Process Improvement Provide day-to-day operational leadership and support to warehouse team members Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training employees on SOPs and best practices Track and report operational KPIs Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Serve as a role model of company core values Qualifications 2–5 years of stable lead experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments required Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS/ERP systems Forklift certification and hands-on equipment experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment High school diploma or equivalent required OSHA knowledge preferred Experience working with SOPs and inventory processes preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Why Join Us?
