Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for clients. This is a proactive role. The right candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with outreach, and capable of representing a high-end brand with professionalism and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication and Front Office Answer incoming calls with professionalism and urgency Manage client communication via phone, email, and text Schedule estimates, site visits, and installations Maintain a polished, brand-consistent client experience Sales Support and Outreach Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up on leads Support the sales pipeline through consistent communication Track and manage leads within the CRM Administrative and Systems Management Utilize Jobber CRM for scheduling and job tracking Assist with invoicing and payments using QuickBooks Online Maintain accurate records and organized systems Coordinate calendars, timelines, and internal operations Office Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office Support general administrative tasks and team coordination Ensure all client-facing materials meet CLG brand standards Qualifications: Experience in administrative support, office management, or customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and confident phone presence, including cold calling Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with QuickBooks Online and Jobber preferred or ability to learn quickly Self-starter with a proactive mindset What We Expect: A commitment to excellence in every task Professional communication and appearance Ownership of your role and pride in your work The ability to consistently represent a high-end brand Compensation: $18 to $24 per hour, based on experience Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Performance-based incentives tied to organization, efficiency, and client experience Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
