Compliance Monitoring Systems (CMS) is hiring a motivated, people-friendly Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office.CMS is proud to be recognized as an Employer of Choice for our positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.We believe in supporting our staff, promoting from within, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.As one of Montana's leading statewide service providers, CMS delivers cost-effective drug testing, alcohol monitoring, and innovative jail-alternative programs.Our mission is simple:set people up for success through clear expectations, transparency, and modern technology.What You'll Do As our Administrative Assistant, you'll help keep the front office running smoothly while providing professional, compassionate service to clients and partners.Your day-to-day will include:Answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments with professionalism and empathy Maintaining accurate and confidential client records Processing client payments and handling daily deposits Generating daily billing and activity reports Organizing and maintaining filing systems Following office policies and procedures with consistency Monitoring office supplies and placing restock requests Assisting with special projects for members of the executive team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, stays organized under pressure, and brings a positive attitude to the workplace.Required:Strong, professional customer service skills Two years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree Comfort using software systems, databases, and spreadsheets Excellent organization, accuracy, and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license Reliability and a strong commitment to deadlines and quality work Preferred:Experience in social services or the criminal justice field a plus but not required Schedule & Work Environment Full-time:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM One-hour lunch break Primarily seated, computer-based office work Probationary Period Six-month probationary period Performance review and wage increase upon successful completion How Success Is Measured Performance reviews focus on:Accountability and self-initiative Accuracy and attention to detail Protection of confidential information Problem-solving and creative thinking Teamwork, professionalism, and positivity Compensation & Growth Starting pay:$17-$19 per hour (based on experience) Wage increase after completion of the six-month probationary period Annual performance reviews at your hire anniversary with merit-based raises Competitive benefits package Strong commitment to internal promotion and career development Why CMS?
