FRONT DESK / OFFICE ASSISTANT Patriots in Action HQ — Amarillo, TX We are a fast-moving political and civic organization headquartered in a historic 15,000 sq ft building in downtown Amarillo. We run multiple companies and entities under one roof and we move fast. There is always something happening here, and no two days are the same. We are looking for a sharp, self-directed, high-energy professional to own our front desk and be the first face and voice people encounter when they walk through our doors or pick up the phone. WHAT YOU WILL DO — Answer phones professionally and route calls across multiple organizations — Greet visitors and handle walk-in traffic with a warm, confident presence — Scan, organize, and manage leases, contracts, and documents — Support a small executive team on daily operational tasks — Assist with data entry, filing, and general office organization — Figure things out without being handed a manual WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR — Someone with natural initiative who takes ownership of their space — Strong phone presence and professional communication skills — Comfortable working in a political and civic environment — Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable — Experience in an office, real estate, video production and editing preferred but not required — A positive attitude and the ability to work alongside a tight-knit team WHAT WE OFFER — Full time, Monday through Friday — A front row seat to Texas politics and civic life — A team that works hard, moves fast, and is building something that matters This is not a sit-and-wait job.
