Job SummaryOur small, fast-paced law firm is looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly Receptionist / Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all clients and callers.This role is essential to ensuring our office runs smoothly and that every potential and current client receives exceptional service.You will manage all incoming communication, conduct client intake, support attorneys and staff, and help maintain an organized, productive office environment.Key Responsibilities Answer and manage all incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Conduct client intake, including gathering essential information and entering details into our case management system Schedule consultations, meetings, and follow-ups for attorneys and staff Greet all visitors and clients who arrive at the office Monitor and respond to firm emails and messages Maintain organized digital and physical files Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas remain tidy and welcoming Handle miscellaneous tasks to help the firm operate efficiently Qualifications Prior experience as a receptionist, legal assistant, or customer service representative preferred but not required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Comfort working with technology (phones, email, basic Microsoft 365, case management systems) Professional appearance and demeanor Reliability and punctuality are essential Ideal Candidate You thrive in a role where you're the go-to person.You enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with the law firm.You're attentive, efficient, and eager to support a team that values your contribution.Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
