Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations with our current administrative team for our tax, accounting and small business consulting office.This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in maintaining smooth office workflow, client communication, and administrative support.Please note this is an in person position- remote is not available for this role.Job Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately Greet and assist clients at the front door Confirm client appointments Process incoming mail Assist with scheduling appointments (as needed) Accounts receivable (A/R) follow up calls Assist clients with portal access, questions, and basic troubleshooting Make client reminder calls Provide general administrative support as needed throughout the year Qualifications Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and in person Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn office systems Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Professional demeanor and punctuality are essential Schedule Details- Preferred schedule listed below however limited flexibility is available Ideal schedule:Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM 8:30 AM start time is non-negotiable Pay:From $17.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
