Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist / Administrative Office Assistant to join our team! This position is paid and offers a chance to develop valuable office management skills in a professional setting.Job Details: Hours:9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday - Location:Diamond District (not remote) - Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, 1years of experience Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing professional customer support at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems--both physical and digital--using data entry and proofreading skills Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and organization Perform clerical duties including typing, data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and professionalism Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including personal assistant tasks or calendar management Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential for effective communication Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, data entry, and document management required Join us as we create a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
