We serve 16 public school districts in our county and more than 130 educational entities across Ohio. #WeAreMCESC! What You'll Do Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries. Sort mail, prepare photocopies, and schedule appointments. Assist with meetings, transcribe minutes, and manage office supplies. Maintain records, monitor reporting deadlines, and assist with special projects. Perform database research and provide reports. What You'll Bring Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Experience in office administration. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
