Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the reception area to keep it clean, organized, and presentable. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Maintain records and files, both physical and electronic. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and faxing. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
