Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, organized, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our nail salon team. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, positive customer experience while supporting the salon's daily operations. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Process payments and manage front desk operations Maintain a clean and organized reception area and front desk Organize and restock nail polish according to the salon numbering system Assist with tracking and updating nail technician turn rotation/turn board Provide excellent customer service Support daily salon operations as needed Offer drinks and refreshments to clients Requirements: Customer service or receptionist experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train motivated beginners. Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Must be reliable and punctual Bilingual in Vietnamese and English preferred, or comfortable working in a Vietnamese-Speaking environment Abilitiy to communicate effectively and work well with a multicultural team Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour Work Location: In person
