Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance About CRDN:CRDN is the leading expert in textile, contents, and electronic restoration services.We offer a formalized restoration solution for clothing and textiles affected by smoke, odor, soot, mildew and water.Our teams proudly serve as part of the emergency response teams, working with policyholders, insurance representatives, and contractors to restore peace of mind after a disaster.In short, we help policy holders get back on their feet, reduce replacement costs, and limit additional living expenses during these difficult times.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Customer Service:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer and direct phone calls promptly; take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.Respond to general inquiries regarding services, scheduling, and project updates.Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.Administrative Support:Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping for customer files and job documentation.Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other communications as needed.Project Coordination:Enter work orders, job details, and updates into the company's restoration management software Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractors to facilitate documentation and job progress.Track project timelines and ensure required forms and approvals are properly filed.Team Collaboration:Support HR and accounting teams with timesheets, onboarding documentation, and invoice processing as needed.Assist in organizing meetings, training, and company events.Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).1-2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role; experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industry preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.Work Environment:Office-based role with regular phone and in-person interaction.Occasional coordination with field teams or site visits may be required.Standard business hours with occasional overtime during high-volume periods or emergencies.Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Type:Full-time We look forward to hearing from you!
