Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and friendly service, managing multi-line phone systems with courtesy and efficiency Handle incoming calls, directing inquiries accurately and maintaining excellent phone etiquette Manage data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records in Microsoft Office and internal computer programs Provide general office support with duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing Requirements Proven clerical experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk responsibilities Ability to type quickly and accurately with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Prior experience in office experience a must Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us as a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
