Overview Chicago Title Company a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Receptionist to join its Freeland, WA office. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. More information about FNF can be found at fnf.com. Duties Responsibilities include Prepping the office for the day. Greeting and assisting guests. Helping to answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Learning how to thoroughly provide customers with different customer service products. Miscellaneous administrative or clerical duties. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience Experience working in a fast-paced office environment preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to meet deadlines. Computer competency non-negotiable. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Strong work ethic. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Good human relation skills, plus the ability to establish and maintain rapport with sometimes challenging personalities. Excellent communication skills.
