We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Stonegates in our new assisted living wing!.The ideal candidate will be the first of point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.11:00 am - 7:00 pm Responsibilities Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.Manage the front desk, including handling inquiries, deliveries and providing information about the community.Coordinate residents requests with each department.Maintain accurate records and files both electronic and paper based.Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, data entry and maintain office supply levels.Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times.Respond to emergencies and provide support as needed.Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and supportive environment for residents.Skills Highschool diploma or equivalent:additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or senior living environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in working with the elderly.Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Receptionist:1 year (Required) Microsoft Office:1 year (Preferred) Customer Service:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
