Job Summary The Front Desk Receptionist is the face of Hair Masonry. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by managing appointments, assisting clients, supporting stylists, and keeping the salon running smoothly throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and create a luxury guest experience Check clients in and out using our booking system Answer phones, texts, DMs, and booking inquiries professionally Schedule and confirm appointments Rebook guests and recommend retail products when appropriate Process payments and handle cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area Keep beverages stocked and offer refreshments to guests Help maintain salon flow and support stylists throughout the day Fold towels, assist with laundry, and restock salon supplies as needed Keep retail displays clean, stocked, and organized Assist with social media content or salon promotions when needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using booking/POS systems and technology Salon experience preferred but not required Passion for beauty, hair, and creating an elevated client experienceJoin us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
