Work at an office in downtown Los Angeles, as a Korean-speaking receptionist for a psychiatrist's office. Duties include updating patient information into software, maintaining appointment calendar, screening new patients, handling patient follow up calls, drafting letters and sending invoices. Psychiatrist works at a solo provider psychiatric practice, that assists patients with mental health needs. We need a well-organized, detail-oriented, friendly, receptionist to keep our office organized and running smoothly in the background. Total hours per week vary, but on average will be about 7-12 hours/week. This is a position that would be a great fit for someone who fits the following criteria: Part-time receptionist Wed 10 AM - noon Sat 10 AM – 1:00 PM $20 per hour Carry cellphone connected to the office, and can commit to answering phone to address emergency issues for patients Competent in Google Sheets, Google Docs (Required) Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute Korean-speaking (REQUIRED) *** Prior experience in mental health preferred. Having a caring, friendly attitude in handling patients of varied backgrounds and needs is also a must.
