Facility:Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation Position:Receptionist Location:Live Oak, FL Shift:Full Time 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Salary:$15.00 per hour Job Description Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage a busy front desk with efficiency and care.Key Responsibilities Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.Issue and collect visitor badges, ensuring security procedures are followed.Maintain accurate resident and emergency contact listings.Support department directors and payroll staff with administrative tasks including filing, typing, and reporting.Track and manage contract and document deadlines.Operate standard office equipment and manage office supply orders.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate inter-facility communications.Provide directions and information to guests and staff as needed.Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Professional and calm demeanor, even in emergency situations.Cheerful, team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills.Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures.High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Supportive, team-oriented work environment Company perks and employee discounts Join our compassionate team at Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation and become the welcoming face of our community!
