The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact via pbone, for visitors and customers, managing phone calls, and addressing inquiries with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include performing various clerical tasks to support dealership operations, maintaining a welcoming experience, and delivering high levels of customer service to clients. Qualifications Proficiency in performing receptionist duties and maintaining professional phone etiquette Strong clerical skills, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
