Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Support Provide a warm, professional welcome to all residents, families, visitors, and partners. Maintain continuous coverage of the front desk during assigned times and arrange coverage as needed. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while ensuring prompt, accurate messaging. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring compliance with sign-in/out procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area. Administrative & Clerical Support Complete clerical tasks, including filing, copying, mailing, and payroll support. Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure availability. Assist with resident call systems, service requests, and appointment scheduling. Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of office equipment and call management systems preferred.
