The Part-Time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience while efficiently managing front desk operations, phone systems, and administrative support. Responsibilities Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Manage front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Communicate effectively with internal departments to support daily operations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems) Professional appearance and demeanor Work Schedule Part-time hours Mon-Fri 3-7, Sat 8-5
