The mission of the Receptionist is to demonstrate excellent professionalism and exceptional customer service to facilitate a welcoming environment for clients. Primary Responsibilities: Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are always tidy and presentable. Maintain stock of necessary supplies in reception area & conference rooms. Welcome clients & visitors as soon as they arrive, notify their contact person, and ensure they are comfortable while they wait for their meeting to start. Manage conference room schedules and adjust meetings accordingly. Oversee all aspects of daily mail and shipping activities. This includes, but is not limited to, processing all inbound & outbound mail and packages, sending faxes, troubleshooting any mail delays or issues, and generating billing reports. Maintain office security protocols with visitor sign-in logs, inbound and outbound package logs, and securing locked spaces at the end of
