Overview OPENING NEW DISPENSARY Join our team as a Receptionist/Sales/Budtender, where you'll be a welcoming face to our establishment and a key driver of sales and customer satisfaction. Duties Greet customers warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional phone etiquette to answer inquiries and direct calls effectively Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, retail math calculations, and receipts processing Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to enhance their purchasing experience Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves regularly, and ensure the store is organized and inviting Conduct inventory checks, restock supplies, and assist with stock management to ensure product availability Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred Demonstrated skills in a customer service setting Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Experience with product.
