Receptionist Location: Boca Raton, Florida Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite About Us We are a respected personal injury law firm dedicated to providing compassionate, client-focused legal representation. We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our firm. Position Overview The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and committed to creating a positive experience for every client interaction. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area. Assist with intake by gathering preliminary client information when needed. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and other correspondence. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including scanning, filing, and data entry. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with firm policies. Coordinate conference room scheduling and ensure meetings are properly set up. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or college coursework preferred. 1-2 years of receptionist or administrative experience (law firm or professional office setting preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn legal software. Professional demeanor and appearance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
