Be part of a mission-driven team making real impact in people’s lives Supportive environment focused on growth, collaboration, and purpose Opportunity to work across a continuum of care in behavioral health Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Essential Duties Provide individual and group counseling to clients in a structured treatment setting Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and case management Facilitate family sessions and support client engagement in treatment Complete clinical documentation , reports, and case summaries in compliance with standards Coordinate care and make referrals to appropriate levels of treatment Advocate for clients with courts, community partners, and support services Participate in team meetings and program development Qualifications Active Ohio licensure: CDCA, LCDC, LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, or LICDC Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment EOO
