Mountain Lake Lodge's Recreation staff position is a season part-time beginning in early May.If you enjoy interacting with guests through a myriad of activities ranging from hiking, biking, sports, archery, Bubble Ball, Sky Slide, Archery Tag, arts & crafts, and generally love being in an outdoor environment, join our recreation staff to have a fun filled summer! Responsibilities include assisting the planning, implementing, and evaluating of outdoor recreation programs for lodge guests and groups; staffing the Outfitters equipment and retail building; trail maintenance, leading activities, and engaging with guests.Enjoy a beautiful working environment at a mountain-top resort and conservancy, interacting with a variety of guests and day visitors helping them engage with new, exciting, and long lasting experiences! Requirements:Must be able to work weekends / evenings.Weekends are our most busy time for recreation activities.Have exceptional customer service skills and enthusiastic attitude.Help with team building activities under the supervision of the Treetops Manager.Be prepared to be on your feet for the majority of the workday.Must be willing and able to learn a variety of information and skills to help educate, inform, and guide guests.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Reliable, professional, punctual, and enjoy the outdoors.Outdoor recreation experience is a plus but not required.Pay is commensurate with experience.Mountain Lake Lodge is a drug free workplace.Pay:$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
