About the Role This opportunity is for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support high-priority hiring across engineering and data teams over a six-month contract period. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role focused on attracting, assessing, and closing strong technical talent in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires close partnership with hiring managers, strong sourcing ability, clear candidate communication, and the ability to manage technical recruiting pipelines with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles, from sourcing through offer stage. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy. Proactively source and engage high-quality technical candidates. Manage and optimize candidate pipelines in Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system. Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent communication. Drive efficient interview processes and ensure timely feedback loops. Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices. Qualifications 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment. Proven track record recruiting for engineering and/or data roles. Hands-on experience with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system. Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build diverse candidate pipelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity. Nice to Have Experience in HealthTech or another regulated industry. Experience scaling teams in early-stage startup environments. Additional Details This is a fully remote role based in the United States. The role is expected to support high-priority hiring needs over the next six months. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
