What This Role Is Really About: Sales, Strategy, Revenue Business Development Break into new accounts and grow existing relationships Sell technology staffing solutions to decision-makers (managers through C‑suite) Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities Pitch, negotiate, close, and secure job orders Become a trusted staffing advisor for your clients This is a sales-driven role at its core. Recruiting Source, recruit, and qualify IT professionals Present opportunities and sell candidates on the roles you manage Guide candidates through interviews and help position them for success Build a steady pipeline of skilled technology talent Account Management Maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates Manage placements from start to finish Resolve issues quickly and maintain exceptionally high service levels Stay top-of-mind with clients to ensure repeat business You are the engine of your own success.
