Payrate: $84.00 - $86.00/hr. Summary: We are seeking a Global Executive Source, with exceptional talent research, sourcing and engagement skills, to join Company Group's in-house Executive Search team, focused on attracting & hiring Senior Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President level talent. You will play a leading role in designing, implementing and executing executive search strategies to identify and engage talent for leadership positions, as well as pipelining leadership talent for future opportunities. Your focus will be on researching and actively engaging passive talent and helping to deliver market-based insights to our hiring leaders, as an experienced and agile Executive Sourcing Partner, with a strong focus on our technology & product leadership. You will become a trusted business partner and advisor to Hiring Managers and Executive Search Partners and build partnership with the wider source community, becoming a role model for executive candidate sourcing, attraction and assessment. Responsibilities: Executive Sourcing: Collaborate with executive leadership on their most complex technology and product executive hiring needs and lead the development of the search strategy, with a focus on Technology Executive hiring. Market Intelligence: Provide deep insights into the external leadership talent market to develop a strong executive search strategy for our critical roles, globally Succession Planning: Design and develop dedicated leadership pipelines that support the future talent needs of the organization and our diversity and internal mobility priorities Diversity & Inclusion: Lead and prioritize efforts of diversity and inclusion sourcing to ensure we hire a diverse and inclusive workforce. Shape how we as an organization can continue to take measures to improve diversity in technology and at our leadership levels Research: Through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, social media, and creative search techniques, craft target lists and directly contact passive executive-level prospects and knowledgeable industry sources to develop an inclusive long-list of candidates, driving conversion to short-list and ultimate hire Engagement: Efficiently communicate the opportunity and accurately assess a prospect’s qualifications and ambitions, share your assessment and opinion to your team and hiring executives Organizational Understanding: Understanding our company, brands, and markets, including products, strategic direction, and role specifics is imperative Strategic & Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen enabling comprehensive understanding of our targeted markets (competitors/ecosystem), products, strategic direction, and role specifics Requirements: Experience operating within an internal Executive Recruiting team is critical; experience of operating within an Executive Search Firm is preferred You have a passion for executive talent sourcing and about creative sourcing. You will have advanced sourcing skills: strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices globally; utilizing Boolean search strings across multiple channels; deep internet search, strong research, AI and candidate generation skills You have experience researching & engaging executive Technology & Product leadership talent and able to differentiate senior talent levels, internally and externally Knowledgeable about key industry segments including eCommerce, technology, digital media/internet, travel, retail, etc. Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad-hoc market intelligence data to provide insight and inform talent strategies i.e. talent market trends, threats, opportunities etc. Able to quickly understand the functional breakdown and roles within the executive structure A direct and transparent communicator with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality Effective at strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and has persuasive verbal and written communication Have strong project management skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can successfully navigate competing priorities Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $84.00 - $86.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees
