Position Overview The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on manufacturing, production and other hourly roles. This position plays a critical role in building talent pipelines, coordinating hiring initiatives, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for candidates and new hires. This role is highly visible and interacts with all levels of the organization, requiring a high degree of professionalism, strong organizational skills, timely responsiveness, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR professional to advance their career within a supportive and growing team. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, production, and hourly positions Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume hiring needs Plan, coordinate, and execute hiring events and job fairs Facilitate onboarding process and new hire orientation sessions Coordinate and process all new hire paperwork including HRIS data entry, reference checks and background screening Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience Partner with HR and operations teams to understand workforce needs Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting metrics Represent the organization at community and workforce engagement events Qualifications Bachelor or Associate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.
