About Us:At Home Reach, we are driven by a heartfelt commitment to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities.Our mission is to provide compassionate in-home care, empowering our clients to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.As a leading Supported Living Company, we are currently seeking a proactive and personable Recruiter to join our team.Job Description:As a Recruiter at Home Reach, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head of HR with various recruitment tasks.Your primary responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Calling potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their suitability for available positions.Performing interviews both in person and over the phone.Utilizing various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.Assisting with paperwork related to the hiring process, including application forms and employment contracts.Collaborating closely with the Head of HR to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes Assisting the Head of HR with all other tasks assigned.Qualifications for Recruiter:Willingness to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role Proficient in using recruitment software such as Indeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct effective cold calling and networking activities Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes Solid understanding of employment labor laws and regulations Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Job Type:Full-time Benefits:Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule:8-hour shift Day shift Experience:Recruitment or HR:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $15.00 per hour Ability to Relocate:Idaho Falls, ID 83404:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
