If you value these same principles, you are one of us already! POSITION SUMMARY We are creating a new HR function to support our ambitious growth strategy. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment. This role will build and lead a strategic talent acquisition function to support our ambitious growth plans. You will design and implement scalable recruiting systems, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent across technical and professional roles. In addition, you will shape culture and build foundational HR infrastructure in a high performance, values driven environment. The successful person in this role will adeptly balance the business’s needs, goals and values with employee advocacy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES · Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent aligned with business needs. · Own and enhance the employee lifecycle experience—from onboarding and engagement to offboarding and exit processes. · Partner with managers to address employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. · Administer and continuously improve employee benefits programs; collaborate with brokers, vendors, and leadership to optimize offerings and support employees through enrollment and utilization. · Manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA and accommodations, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. · Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, proactively addressing concerns and strengthening workplace culture. · Support and implement firm-wide training, development, and career progression initiatives. · Maintain accurate and compliant HR records (electronic and physical), ensuring data integrity and consistency. · Safeguard confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion. · Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; stay current on HR best practices and advise leadership accordingly. · Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and culture. · Partner with leadership on key HR initiatives, including compensation planning, performance management, and employee recognition programs. · Perform additional duties and special projects as needed. Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or relevant discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered. · 3-4 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 1-2 years leading full-cycle recruitment · SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification desirable · Demonstrated success recruiting for skilled manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles preferred · Direct involvement in scaling an organization, preferably one with an entrepreneurial spirit, strongly desired · Experience with EOS/Traction preferred Skills & Abilities · Strong business acumen with a high level of functional knowledge across all HR disciplines required · Comfortable with a high-volume workload and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and take a true hands-on approach to drive business initiatives with limited resources. · Proven success in leadership development and talent management · Demonstrated capability in adapting and rightsizing HR practices and solutions to fit the needs of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization · High Integrity, sound judgement and the ability to build trust at all levels · Passion for employee engagement and its impact on business results · Ability to work both strategically and tactically · Passionate about employee engagement and its impact on the organization’s goals Best Source Electronics Corporation is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
