Job Title: Recruiter II Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104 Duration: 0 7 Months Day Shift: Mon – Fri 8 AM to 5 PM Hybrid role Strong full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience needed Hybrid – 50% onsite Top Skills: ATS experience required (Client ATS - Jobvite) LinkedIn Sourcing experience plus Source candidates for medical devices, biotech, R&D, clinical operations and scientific roles would be a big plus Education background within biotech, R&D, clinical operations and scientific is a plus Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Manage high-volume recruitment workflows Handle full-cycle recruiting, including drafting, negotiating, scheduling interviews (1 ST round on camera) Requirements 2 - 3 years of strong sourcing experience required Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes Strong communication and negotiation skills Virtual Interviews – 45 Minutes (2 rounds) Description: Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
