Nimble is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to help engage and hire top talent across multiple teams, with a focus primarily on engineering. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering leaders to understand role requirements, proactively identify exceptional candidates, and grow strong talent pipelines. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and engagement, partnering with hiring managers to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaboration with hiring leaders throughout the interview process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active sourcing, is adaptable and resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will: Proactively source and engage passive candidates for technical roles Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical skillsets and ideal candidate profiles, and execute accordingly Build talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, research, outbound campaigns, referrals, and online communities Track key sourcing metrics and share insights with the recruiting team to help improve processes, targeting, hiring velocity, and ideas for improvement Maintain accurate pipeline data within our ATS Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience What you bring:
