Naples Soap Company is seeking a results-driven Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring across our growing retail business.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands retail hiring, and knows how to attract quality candidates--not just volume.This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and filling open roles across our store locations, while also building strong partnerships with local colleges and community organizations.Hours- 25-30 hours per week Location- Fort Myers, FL.Key Responsibilities Post and manage job openings on platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other relevant job boards Source and attract qualified candidates for retail and corporate roles Partner with local colleges, universities, and community groups to build talent pipelines Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience Provide hiring managers with qualified, vetted candidates quickly and efficiently Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to improve results Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting events as needed What We're Looking For 2years of recruiting experience (retail recruiting strongly preferred) Experience posting jobs and sourcing candidates across multiple platforms Strong screening and interviewing skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment Pay:$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
