Currently, CoPatible Circles are operational in San Francisco, with plans to expand to more cities and a mobile app coming soon. Role Description This is a remote role for a Recruiter & Talent Community Intern. In this position, you will engage with candidates, build and maintain relationships with high-agency professionals, and support the development of our talent community. Key responsibilities include sourcing potential candidates, identifying high-agency talent, managing recruitment pipelines, and fostering meaningful connections through personalized approaches. Additionally, you will contribute to refining talent acquisition strategies and assist with community-building initiatives to support professionals during career transitions. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including email outreach and active engagement with candidates Experience with sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment pipelines Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and community management Proficiency with recruitment tools and databases A self-starter with organizational and time management abilities to work effectively in a remote setting Passion for building meaningful connections and supporting professional growth Experience in talent acquisition, HR, or community management is a plus Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program related to Human Resources, Business, or Communication is a bonus
