Utilize various channels to proactively source candidates, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate fit, providing comprehensive guidance and preparation for prospective employees. Oversee the offer process, ensuring candidates understand the opportunities available and fostering a positive experience for all parties involved. Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with candidates and clients. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding recruitment targets in previous roles, demonstrating goal-oriented behavior. Experience making independent judgments in recruitment scenarios, showcasing discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with client relationship management or sales techniques that enhance recruitment success.
