If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Walker region seeking Recruiters. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations. Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build talent pipelines.
