Company Overview: A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end recruiting process within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and professionalism Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience Track candidate progress and maintain data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse) and other systems Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices Partner with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management and diversity recruiting initiatives Support the execution of campus and experienced hire events, both virtual and in-person Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that advance Human Capital priorities Qualifications: Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination Proficiency in using ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse Advanced Microsoft Office skills Compensation: Pay Rate: $30 – $40/hr, DOE The post Recruiting Coordinator – Early Careers Investing appeared first on Landing Point.
