Divine Opportunities, LLC, an independently owned and operated Home Instead® franchise, is seeking an experienced Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator with a strong background in hands on caregiving . This role is essential to recruiting, training, supporting, and engaging Caregivers—while occasionally stepping into the Caregiver role with clients and assisting with hands on training when needed. Position Overview The Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and ongoing Texas licensure compliance of Caregivers. Prior caregiving experience is required , as this role includes hands on Caregiver training and the ability to fill in with clients as operational needs arise . Key Responsibilities Recruitment, Onboarding & Training Respond to all employment inquiries in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner Recruit, screen, interview, hire, and onboard Caregivers using Pre‑Intent and ApplicantStack Conduct reference checks, criminal background checks, APS, DMV, and drug screenings Facilitate weekly orientations and skills‑based training Provide hands on Caregiver training and mentorship using direct caregiving experience Engagement, Retention & Support Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for Caregivers Develop engagement strategies to promote retention, satisfaction, and professional growth Conduct quality calls, performance conversations, and annual reviews Maintain accurate records for Caregiver availability, certifications, utilization, and compliance Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with Home Instead® Training Standards and Texas licensure requirements Manage certification expiration reports and documentation in WellSky Maintain accurate and confidential employment records Coordinate payroll communication including raises, vacation, and wage garnishments Report and manage Workers’ Compensation claims and OSHA documentation Operational Support Partner with Scheduling and Client Care to ensure appropriate coverage and utilization Assist with Caregiver and client scheduling as needed Fill in as a Caregiver with clients when required Participate in on‑call rotation and log occurrences Track, record, and report KPIs daily and weekly Performance Objectives Maintain Care Professional turnover at or below 25% Achieve 80-90% Caregiver utilization Conduct weekly orientations (unless otherwise approved) Maintain full compliance with all training and licensure requirements Accurately track and report recruiting and engagement metrics Required Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous professional caregiving experience required (home care or senior care preferred) Experience training or mentoring Caregivers strongly preferred One year of business or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to balance administrative duties with hands on support Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed Why Join Us?
