JOB DESCRIPTION Must be reliable and dependable.Laborer/Material Sorter Hours:7:00 am - 5:00 pm; M-Thurs./Fridays 7:00 am - 3:30 pm This position is responsible for sorting construction and demolition materials from a conveyor belt.Cleanup and other duties as required.Must wear required PPE provided(hard hat, safety vest, gloves and glasses).Work efficiently and in a safe manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Sorting C&D materials into proper bin. May require shoveling, sweeping and other cleanup activities when plant is not in operation. Assists other team members as needed to maintain and minimize downtime and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Participates in any additional safety training programs. Follow and support all company policies and procedures, including attendance. Act in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Follows and supports safety and OSHA regulations and requirements.QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, not required. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours in cold or hot environment. Adheres to work schedule, completes assigned duties in an efficient manner and follows company's safety standards.
