Automation Drive Solutions company for the oil & gas fields, or applications such as specialty rental equipment, HVAC, mining, water utilities, or agriculture industries is needing sharp candidates for Refurb Wireman position.Job Title:Refurb Wireman Department:Service Location:Tulsa, OK Reports To:Refurb Manager Summary:The Refurb Wireman is responsible for the electrical disassembly, inspection, repair, and rewiring of refurbished equipment and components.This role supports the service department by restoring electrical systems to safe and reliable operating condition while ensuring work is completed in accordance with company quality and safety standards.The Refurb Wireman works closely with technicians and engineering staff to ensure refurbished equipment meets operational specifications prior to release..Responsibilities:Disassemble, inspect, and refurbish electrical components and wiring systems on returned or used equipment.Rewire equipment according to electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and company standards.Install electrical components such as wiring harnesses, terminals, relays, sensors, and control devices.Ensure all electrical work complies with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.Perform functional testing and assist with system verification prior to final inspection.Maintain accurate service documentation and refurbishment records.Work collaboratively with service technicians, engineering, and quality teams to resolve electrical issues.Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all company safety procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational electrical training preferred.2years of electrical wiring or industrial electrical experience preferred.Familiarity with hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and wiring techniques.Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This job description outlines the primary roles and responsibilities associated with the position; however, it is not a full list of all tasks that may be assigned BACKGROUND CHECK, PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN (SAFETY SENSITIVE), HS DIPLOMA / GED, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE..ONE NOTE, THE WAGE FOR THIS POSITION DOES NOT RAISE AT THE END OF THE TEMP-TO-HIRE TERM..Pay:$17.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Application Question(s):Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:electrical wiring or industrial electrical:2 years (Preferred) Familiarity with hand tools, electrical testing equipment:2 years (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's license (Required) Work Location:In person.
