THE PAY MENU (Performance-Based) Your paycheck is a direct result of your hustle. There is no limit, but here is what the top performers are doing right now: Weekly Miles: 900 – 1,100 miles (Short, dedicated runs). Mileage: $0.82 – $0.88 CPM (Experience-based) Unload pay: $340 per trailer for the unload (Gravity Rollers) The Extra: $25 per backhaul The Total: Average gross $1,800–$2,050/week. Annual Potential: $95,000 – $105,000 THE LIFESTYLE (Home Every Weekend) We don't believe in "flexible" home time—we believe in scheduled home time. Predictable Resets: Choose Mon–Fri (Sat/Sun off) OR Tue–Sat (Sun/Mon off). Assigned Gear: Late-model Freightliners or Kenworths (Avg. 18 months old). Stability: No more than 2 driving jobs in the last 12 months. (We want pros, not hoppers). Location: Must live within 100 miles of Joliet, IL. Safety: Clean MVR and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. Testing: Ability to pass a DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug screen.
