The CFO will oversee financial planning, preparation of financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. They will also manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses to drive strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include monitoring compliance with financial regulations, collaborating with senior leadership, and contributing to the development of regional financial strategies. Qualifications Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Proficiency in working with Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting processes Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities related to financial data In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Excellent leadership and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred Prior experience in alternative investment management is a plus
